YouThrive Academy supports young people aged 16–18 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), particularly those living in supported accommodation. We provide a safe, nurturing and trauma-informed environment where learners can re-engage with education, build confidence, and take meaningful steps towards independence.
Through tailored wraparound support—delivered via small groups or one-to-one sessions—we help each young person develop the skills, resilience, and self-belief needed to succeed in education, employment, and adult life.
We understand that many of our learners have faced disrupted schooling, instability and/or difficult life experiences, but we passionately believe that everyone deserves a second chance. As our name suggests, at YouThrive, we don’t just help young people get by—we empower them to thrive.
We offer a creative and ambitious programme designed to support our young people in gaining skills, qualifications, and work experience at their own pace.
Learners will:
✅ Get accredited qualifications (ASDAN & Open Awards)
✅ Learn how to write a CV and prepare for interviews
✅ Take part in real work experience
✅ Build confidence, motivation and independence
✅ Access 1:1 support in a trauma-informed, friendly setting
